There is only one wedding booked per day, no other events will be scheduled on a wedding day.
For Hourly Events, several events can be booked per day, per allotted time.
How many weddings or events will be scheduled per day?
Weekdays and weekends are available for touring via appointment only.
When are tours available?
Unfortunately, we do not permit family & friends to take on major roles at events, even if they are professionals. Exceptions extended only to Officiants, Bakers, Florals & Photo booth.
Can i use a family or friend vendor for my wedding or event?
La Beau Events serves as our exclusive, in-house planning team and is required for all events through Event Management, Partial Planning, or Full Planning services. With over 12 years of experience in the wedding industry, La Beau Events offers expert guidance paired with thoughtful design services, ensuring each celebration is flawlessly executed and beautifully cohesive.
Do I need to hire a wedding & event planner?
Once you have completed your tour, a Non-Refundable retainer is due at signing. The remaining balance can be arranged via a payment schedule.
How can i reserve my date?
We extend a 5 day courtesy hold on your date.
can you hold a date?
In the event you cancel the event, all monies paid are Non-Refundable if you are within 6 months of the event. If the event needs to be rescheduled, we will attempt to accommodate the new date, if it is available.
What is the cancellation policy?
La Beau Events and an off-duty law enforcement officer are the only required vendors. We require all vendors to be licensed and insured, with a copy of their COI provided to the venue prior to the the event. We have a Preferred Vendors list available to ensure professional service to our clients.
